Marcia is the Sheboygan County Farm Bureau Women’s committee chair and the “Classroom on the Farm” coordinator.
In other organizations her leadership roles include being on her church council, a 4-H leader (for 35 years!), a director on the National Buelingo Beef Cattle Association Board and the secretary of the Midwest Beef Cattle Association. Marcia is a retired sales associate and her hobbies include sewing, crafts and gardening.
When asked how Farm Bureau has connected her with other women in agriculture, she responded by saying that by attending the national and state Farm Bureau conventions many opportunities were available to meet women in agriculture. Attending the National Ag in the Classroom Conferences gave her the opportunity to meet many new people from other states all interested in educating students about agriculture.
