The Volunteers for Agriculture® Committee has endorsed Justice Daniel Kelly for Attorney General in the April 7 election. VFA is the political action arm of the Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation.
“Justice Kelly took the time to talk with us about his background and respect for the guidelines set forth in the State and U.S. Constitution,” said Sara Stelter, Waushara County farmer and member of the VFA Committee. “His enthusiasm and love of the law were evident every time he answered one of our questions.”
Formed to give farmers a direct role in electing leaders with agriculture’s best interests in mind, the Volunteers for Agriculture Committee is made up of 18 farmers appointed by the Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation’s Board of Directors.
“Justice Kelly is an excellent candidate for Supreme Court because he made it clear that he will uphold the law without letting personal bias come into play,” said Peter Muth, Washington County farmer and member of the VFA Committee.
