Wisconsin Farm Bureau is excited to announce an exclusive travel opportunity for members to explore the state of Texas and to attend the American Farm Bureau Annual Convention from January 25-31, 2025.
Members will have a chance to meet local farmers and see the sights – which are bigger in Texas! Participants will spend two nights in San Antonio, one night in Temple and three nights in Dallas. Some trip highlights include attending the AFBF Annual Convention, touring the Alamo, experiencing a genuine longhorn cattle stampede, enjoying the world’s largest Honkey Tonk and more.
Rock County Farm Bureau members Loren and Jan Bobolz along with Robert and Brenda Risseeuw attended the WFBF trip to the World Ag Expo in California last year. Here is what they had to say about their experience.
“We love to travel and thought we would try a guided tour vacation. Farm Bureau did not disappoint! It was very well organized and well run, nothing was left to chance. Our hotel accommodations were comfortable and clean, our bus transportation and bus driver were excellent as well. Each day one or two meals were provided for us while having plenty of time on our own to discover new things. We will travel with Wisconsin Farm Bureau again.”
This trip includes round trip motor coach transportation from Madison, round trip flights, round trip transportation from airport to hotel, AFBF Annual Convention registration, admissions and sightseeing, San Antonio Riverwalk Cruise, driver tip, travel insurance ten meals (six breakfasts, four dinners) and hotel accommodations.
