Meet the 2026 State YFA Committee

District 6 (Brown, Calumet, Door, Kewaunee, Manitowoc and Sheboygan counties)
Luke and Ashley (Chair) Lisowe

Luke and Ashley both grew up on their parents’ family dairy farms. Ashley graduated with a degree in dairy science from UW-River Falls. Luke graduated from UW-Madison’s Farm & Industry Short Course. Luke is part owner of his family’s dairy farm. Ashley works alongside Luke on his family’s farm while taking care of their children.

District 1 (Jefferson, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Walworth, Washington and Waukesha counties)
Maryann Gudenkauf

Maryann is a fourth-generation dairy farmer from Watertown. She recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in dairy science. She farms alongside her father and brother and works at Rolling Hills Dairy Producers Cooperative as a field representative. Maryann was an active Collegiate Farm Bureau member and is excited to take her involvement to the next level while meeting other young people in the agriculture community. 

District 2 (Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Green, Rock and Sauk counties)
Eric and Kadence Senkowski

Eric and Kadence Senkowski reside in Poynette with their son, Bennett, and three goats. Kadence is currently a stay-at-home mom, focusing on raising their son and deciding which livestock species to bring home next. Eric is the Supervisor of the Steel Fabrication Shop at Poynette Ironworks. Kadence has been involved in Farm Bureau for over seven years, currently serving on the Dane County Farm Bureau board of directors.

District 3 (Crawford, Grant, Iowa, Lafayette, Richland and Vernon counties)
Molly Hendrickson

Molly Hendrickson resides in Hollandale. She currently works for McLanahan Corporation as a marketing communications specialist, where she helps lead marketing initiatives in the agricultural division and supports the sales team and dealers. Molly grew up immersed in agriculture, working on her uncle's dairy farm and being a 4-H and FFA member. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling and photography. 

District 4 (Buffalo, Eau Claire, Jackson, La Crosse, Monroe and Trempealeau counties)
Heather Erdman

Heather raises kids, crops and cattle with her husband, Steven, on their family farm. Their four children are the fifth generation raised on their farm. As a family, they show cattle at local and national shows. Heather currently serves as the Eau Claire County YFA Chair and is an active member of the Augusta FFA Alumni Association and Friends of the Fair.

District 5 (Adams, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Juneau, Marquette, Waushara and Winnebago counties)
Victoria Smith

Victoria grew up immersed in agriculture and the Farm Bureau family. Being a third-generation member, she prides herself in being part of this grassroots organization and teaching others about the importance of agriculture. Victoria currently works with children in rural communities through the Head Start program and at her local library where she helps teach future farmers and farm supporters about opportunities in farming.

District 7 (Oconto, Outagamie, Langlade, Marinette, Shawano and Waupaca counties)
Amanda Williams

Amanda Williams and her husband, Scott, live in Shawano and have three children. She works as a dairy nutritionist helping her clients increase milk production and overall farm profitability. She is also a part-time dairy farmer and owns a small herd of Holstein show cattle. Amanda has a strong passion for the dairy industry and advocating for agriculture. She is in her third year serving on the Shawano County Farm Bureau board of directors and also serves on several committees. When not working or farming, Amanda is a sports mom following her kids to hockey, baseball and football games.

District 8 (Clark, Lincoln, Marathon, Portage, Price, Taylor and Wood counties)
Jason Behrend (Chair-elect)

Jason Behrend is a fourth-generation farmer. He raises hogs and rotationally grazes cattle. He enjoys learning new soil-building farming practices and has been an active member of Farm Bureau for more than ten years. Jason currently serves as the Wood County Farm Bureau YFA Chair.

District 9 (Ashland, Barron, Bayfield, Chippewa, Douglas, Dunn, Iron, Pierce, Polk-Burnett, Sawyer, St. Croix and Rusk counties)
Colin and Kellie Scholz

Colin and Kellie Scholz live along the Polk-St. Croix County line and were married this past June. They share their home with two dogs as well as a herd of beef cattle. They practice regenerative agriculture on their farm and mentor six students showing beef at their local county fair. Kellie works remotely for a software company. Colin is employed at a dairy farm. In their spare time, they enjoy fishing, hunting and snowmobiling. Kellie currently serves as a director on the Polk Burnett Farm Bureau board.
