- 1 lb. bow tie pasta
- 1 1/2c. chicken breast, cooked
- 1 c. cherry-flavored Craisins
- 3-4 green onions, chopped
- 4 stalks celery, diced
- 1/4c. powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2tsp. black pepper
Directions
- Prepare pasta according to package directions.
- Drain, rinse in cold water.
- For dressing, combine powdered sugar, vinegar, mayonnaise, poppy seeds, water, salt and black pepper.
- In another bowl, combine chicken, Craisins, green onions, celery and noodles.
- Add dressing and mix well.
