- 1 2/3 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2/3 c. milk
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 2 c. creamy-style cottage cheese
- 2 2/3 c. instant mashed potato flakes
- paprika
Directions
- Heat water, milk and butter just to boiling. Add onion. Remove from heat. 2. Add potato flakes and whip with a fork. Fold in cottage cheese.
- Turn into a two-quart casserole. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
