• 1/2 c. butter or margarine
• 1 c. sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. almond extract
• 2 c. flour
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 3/4 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
• 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped (optional)
• 1 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
Directions
1. Preheat oven 350°. Butter bundt pan and dust with flour.
2. In large bowl, cream butter or margarine and sugar. Beat in eggs and extract.
3. In a second bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
4. Add flour mixture to egg mixture
5. Stir in yogurt or sour cream. Add nuts.
6. Spread half of the batter in pan. Spoon half cranberry sauce on top.
7. Cover with remaining batter and rest of cranberry sauce.
8. Bake on the middle oven rack for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
