• ¾ c. corn oil
• ¾ c. baking cocoa
• 2 c. sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 2 c. flour
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• ½ tsp. salt
• 1 c. powder sugar
Directions
1. Mix oil and cocoa together until blended. Stir in sugar.
2. Add eggs one at a time and stir until well blended. Add vanilla.
3. Stir flour, baking powder and salt into the oil mixture. Chill for several hours or overnight.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
5. Drop teaspoons of dough into powdered sugar. Roll in sugar and shape into balls.
6. Place about 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
