This is the second year of the program developed by the YFA committee.<\/p>\n<p>Nominees will be judged on criteria in one of five categories.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sustainable Environment<\/li>\n<li>Sustainable Future<\/li>\n<li>Sustainable Storytelling<\/li>\n<li>Sustainable Service<\/li>\n<li>Sustainable Self<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>ELIGIBILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wisconsin Farm Bureau Young Farmer and Agriculturists members ages 18-35 are eligible to apply. Finalists and applicants from 2022 may be nominated and reapply in 2023. Top individuals are not eligible to win in the same category more than once but are welcome to apply in other categories. A new video must be submitted to be considered for 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NOMINATION PROCESS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nomination material will be available through the Wisconsin Farm Bureau website and Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation Young Farmer and Agriculturist Program Facebook Page. Nominations from agriculture leaders and professionals will be accepted.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/Pages\/ResponsePage.aspx?id=cGRtUmyA7UymC5VPDZB5hvNBJGEqyflKhRA5uNwJHUVUQkVVRVpCSThaOTAyWTJaWFdTT0czNkkxNS4u\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2024 Nominations Open Now<\/a>\n\t<h5><strong>APPLICATION PROCESS<\/strong><\/h5>\nNominees will be prompted to record a short video and answer three short essay questions.<br \/>\nApplication materials will be due on July 1.\n\t<h5><strong>RECOGNITION<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Finalists and winners will be recognized during the WFBF Annual Meeting and YFA Conference with an exclusive networking reception.
