He served as chairman in 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Tim Clark is a district sales manager for Dairyland Seed, covering Adams, Dane, Columbia, Juneau, Richland and Sauk counties. He and Danielle (formerly Hammer) married this past summer and own a herd of more than 40 beef cattle in Beaver Dam. Both are fifth generation farmers. Danielle Clark is a clean fuels and vehicle technologies coordinator for the American Lung Association in Wisconsin.<\/p>\n<p>Committee members are responsible for YF&amp;R Program planning, which includes the coordination of YF&amp;R competitive events during AFBF\u2019s Annual Convention each January. They also provide support in planning and implementing AFBF\u2019s bi-annual FUSION Conference for Farm Bureau volunteer leaders involved in YF&amp;R, Women\u2019s Leadership, and Promotion &amp; Education.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFarm Bureau\u2019s YF&amp;R Committee members play a vital role in advocating for agriculture while further building their leadership abilities,\u201d AFBF President Bob Stallman said. \u201cThe commitment and quality of the young agriculturalists who volunteer to serve are always impressive, and this year is no different. It\u2019s clear that the future of farming and ranching is in good hands.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Other new members of the committee include: Cole and Sammie Coxbill, Wyoming (crops and beef cattle); Jamie Cruz, Massachusetts (vegetables, berries and livestock); Jonathan and Lara Dinsmore, Arizona (vegetables, hay and grain); Latham and Katie Farley, Ohio (grain and hogs); Jared Finegan, Illinois (corn, soybeans and wheat); Tim and Katherine Franklin, Kansas (corn and wheat); and John and Dusty Reese, Utah (beef cattle).<\/p>\n<p>National committee members are nominated by their respective state Farm Bureaus. They study farm and food policy issues, participate in leadership training exercises and hone other professional skills during their tenure as committee members.<\/p>\n<p>The Young Farmers &amp; Ranchers program includes men and women between the ages of 18-35.
