The Family Living Tent of the 2015 Wisconsin Farm Technology Days in Dane County is promising to be an exciting feature of this year’s show and are calling for exhibitors and performers to round out their schedule.
“Farm Technology Days (FTD) is a 3-day agricultural exhibit demonstrating and promoting diverse agricultural and agri-business innovation. There are displays, educational activities, and merchandise, as well as entertainment, for the entire family,” says Evie Wunnicke, Mercantile Tent Co-Chair. “Farm and non-farm families interested in agricultural attend the show. Due to our location and agricultural diversity, more than 60,000 people are expected to attend.”
Those interested in exhibiting can apply for booth space in the Family Arts & Crafts Mercantile tent by submitting an application by March 31, 2015. Due to limited space, the committee will review all applications and select those most closely aligned with the theme and educational outreach of the show. The committee will finalize their selection of exhibitors and notify them on/or before April 15, 2015.
Performers interested in being featured on the Family Living Tent Stage are also invited to apply online. The deadline for consideration is March 13, 2015.
“This event is an excellent event to showcase the area’s talents, history and heritage,” says Jill Makovec, lead for the Family Living Tent Stage. “We are excited to feature speakers, musicians and entertainers from across the state, but especially from the Dane County area that represent the rich cultural, educational and musical assets of the surrounding communities.”
