Rusk County Farm Bureau member Brady Zuck was recognized as one of Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation’s 35 Under 35 for his dedication to sustainable service within agriculture.
Brady is a true leader when it comes to serving agriculture through trade skills and advisory roles. Brady is a beef producer and sales manager for Diamond V, serves as the president of the Wisconsin Cattlemen’s Association and is also on the Wisconsin Beef Council board.
When asked how he would define sustainability, Brady states that the concept has two parts to it.
“First, we can use technology management practices to produce more beef per acre, meaning we can increase production sustainability. And second, it’s about the sustainability of the people, the family.”
Brady values the continuation of these sustainable practices so future generations someday will be able to farm the same land that is being farmed today.
Brady fulfills many leadership roles within the different organizations he is a part of, one of which is working to ensure that those organizations uphold laws and regulations that are fair and friendly to all farmers. Brady also focuses on promoting agricultural products as well as helping and educating not only other farmers, but consumers too. A goal that Brady has set for his future is to one day serve as a member on the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association board.
Congratulations to Brady on being the top individual in the 35 Under 35 Sustainable Service category and for being a true leader throughout Wisconsin.
