Ingredients
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1/4 c. pickle relish
• 3 Tbsp. onion, diced
• dash of salt
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients with a hand mixer.
2. Form into a ball, wrap with plastic and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
3. Serve with crackers.
