• 1/2 c. butter or shortening
• 1/2 c. honey
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 3/4 c. flour
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1/4 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 c. chopped nuts
• 1 c. semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
Directions
1. Cream shortening or butter with honey until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.
2. Stir together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
3. Add nuts and chocolate chips.
4. Drop by teaspoons on a greased cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes.
