• 1 c. old fashioned oats
• 2/3 c. coconut flakes (sweetened or unsweetened)
• 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
• 1/2 c. ground flax seed
• 1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
• 1/3 c. honey
• 1 Tbsp. Chia seeds
• 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
- Stir all ingredients in a mixing bowl until thoroughly combined.
- Roll into balls
- Chill for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
*Balls can be refrigerated in a sealed container for 1 week or frozen for 3 months.
