WFBF knows that when members have the right tools for leadership development, they can better themselves and become stronger county Farm Bureau leaders. There are many leadership development programs available to members ranging from the WFBF Leadership Institute to state-wide conferences. No matter where you are in your leadership journey, there is something for everyone.
Wisconsin Farm Bureau Leadership Institute: Building Agricultural Leaders
The Wisconsin Farm Bureau Leadership Institute is a year-long leadership development program which provides personal growth and leadership training to develop the next crop of county Farm Bureau leaders. Wisconsin Farm Bureau expects graduates to use the leadership skills and abilities they have developed in the program to become actively engaged and involved in their county Farm Bureau and an agricultural leader.
