Bob’s wife, Lisa, brings these to the WFBF Annual Meeting each year. Stop by registration for one.
- 1 c. butter
- ½ c. shortening
- 2 c. brown sugar
- ½ c. sugar
- 3 large eggs (or 2 jumbos)
- 3 t. vanilla
- 4 c. flour
- 2 t. baking soda
- 1 t. salt
- 1 package chocolate chips
- ½ c. nuts
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl.
- Measure spoonfuls and drop on baking sheet.
- Bake at 325-350°F until light brown on edges.
