• 1 ½ qt. tomatoes, chopped and strained
• green bell pepper and hot peppers, chopped (to taste)
• 1 large white onion, diced
• handful cilantro leaves, torn
• 1-2 tsp. coarse salt
• 1 Tbsp. vinegar (any kind) with juice from 1 lime
• 1-2 pkts. truvia depending on tomato ripeness
• 1-2 Tbsp. garlic, minced or several cloves

Combine all ingredients.
