Ingredients
• 8 oz. LaClare Everything Bagel Goat Cheese (chèvre)
• 4 oz. cream cheese
• 1 clove garlic
• 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
• 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 Tbsp. lemon zest
• ½ tsp. salt
• ½ tsp. black pepper
• 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
• crackers, vegetables or baguette, for serving
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor, pulse until combined.
2. Serve with crackers, vegetables, or a fresh baguette.
Dip can be made up to two days in advance by storing covered in the fridge.
